Master Distiller Aaron Alva Sanchez brings generations of tradition to every bottle, producing a mezcal that is as soulful as it is refined.


Sourced from 100% Tobala agave grown in San Nicolas Huajuapan, Puebla, this unaged mezcal follows a time-honored process: agave hearts are roasted in underground pit ovens for five to eight days, then fermented naturally for up to two weeks before being double distilled into a spirit of exceptional clarity and depth.


  • Nose: Fresh and inviting, with the clean, mineral-bright character of wild Tobala agave and a whisper of sweet roasted earth.
  • Palate: Rounded and generous, offering cooked agave, caramelized pineapple, and fresh herbs before giving way to a subtly smoky, silky-smooth finish with a full, satisfying mouthfeel.
  • Finish: Long and gentle, with lingering smoke and a soft herbal sweetness that fades cleanly.
