Produced at NOM 1414 in Arandas, Jalisco by Master Distiller Sergio Cruz in collaboration with Adam Fodor of the International Tequila Academy, Siempre Vivo draws on a centuries-old Hispanic-Peruvian fermentation method using live yeast cultures. The result is twice distilled in copper alambique pot stills, preserving the raw, vibrant character of the blue agave while amplifying the depth that high-proof distillation unlocks.
