YEYO + MISSION 1530 Double Barrel Anejo Tequila Limited Release

YEYO + MISSION 1530 Double Barrel Anejo Tequila Limited Release

Some tequilas are aged. This one was transformed. Yeyo's first-ever double barrel anejo spent 15 months maturing through a rum cask followed by a bourbon finish, with fewer than 534 bottles ever produced and no plans for a second run.

Crafted under Master Distiller Sergio Cruz at NOM 1414, this limited release anejo tequila represents a singular collaboration between Yeyo and Mission 1530, resulting in a spirit that carries the depth of traditional aging alongside the unmistakable warmth of two distinct barrel influences. Once it's gone, it's gone for good.

  • Nose: Rich oak and caramelized vanilla with hints of molasses and dried fruit from the rum cask maturation
  • Palate: Warm baking spice and toasted wood meld with butterscotch and a subtle tropical sweetness, a reflection of its rum-to-bourbon barrel journey
  • Finish: Long, smooth, and gently smoky with lingering vanilla and a touch of charred oak

This double barrel anejo shines on its own over a large ice sphere, though its layered sweetness and spice make it a compelling choice for an elevated Old Fashioned or a Tequila Manhattan where complexity is the point.

Best served neat or on a single large rock to fully appreciate its barrel-forward character. A one-time release anejo tequila from Yeyo, limited to 2 bottles per customer and available only while supplies last.
