Master Distiller Arturo Fuentes sources agaves from both the Valley of Tequila and the highland Los Altos region, cooking them in stone ovens before double distilling the mosto in copper pot stills under NOM 1472. This dual-origin approach lends the spirit a balanced complexity that speaks to the diversity of Jalisco's agave-growing terroir.
