Crafted under Master Distiller Pedro Hernandez Barba at NOM 1530 in San Francisco de Asis, Jalisco, this blanco is built on slow tahona-crushed blue agave that preserves every layer of earthy, vegetal complexity the plant has to offer.

  • Palate: Raw vegetal agave up front, giving way to light floral notes, cracked black pepper, and a balanced, building spice
