Crafted at Destiladora La Azucenas in the municipality of Etucuaro, Villa Madero, Michoacan, under the guidance of Maestro Mezcalero Edgar "Jigy" Perez and Hernan Hernandez Escot, this mezcal is made using wild fermentation and traditional copper and pine stills. The wild-harvested Manso Sahuayo agave is roasted for an extraordinary 121 hours, then rested for 144 hours after cooking, a patient process that unlocks layers of complexity while preserving the agave's naturally vibrant character.


  • Nose: Ripe pear, tropical fruits, lemon peel, fresh strawberry, and a savory whisper of cotija cheese
