Compoveda Blanco Tequila
A modern sipping blanco from the highlands of Arandas, Compoveda Blanco is distilled twice in copper stills and oxygenated to deliver a spirit that is smooth, layered, and genuinely built for the glass.
Crafted under the direction of Master Distiller Sergio Cruz at NOM 1414, this Los Altos tequila reflects the mineral-rich soils and high-altitude agave of the Arandas region, producing a blanco with notable depth and brightness in equal measure.
- Nose: Cooked agave, ripe stone fruits, lemonade, and a warm hint of vanilla
- Palate: Medium bodied with cooked agave at the core, layered with sweet citrus, fresh mint, white flowers, and a clean minerality
- Finish: Crisp and sweet with a lasting, satisfying close
Compoveda Blanco shines on its own over a large cube, and transitions effortlessly into a Ranch Water or a classic Paloma where its citrus brightness can take center stage.
Best served neat or lightly chilled to appreciate the full range of this Highland blanco. Produced from agave grown in the Los Altos region of Arandas, Jalisco.
